R 408.42528 Flying forms.

Rule 2528. (1) Nothing is allowed on the forms during movement unless it is securely fastened to the forms. (2) An individual, other than the rigger, shall not be allowed on top of the form after rollout operations have been completed. (3) Rigging of the form must be completed before the line from the crane takes the total load of the form.
