R 408.6202 Employment in hazardous occupations prohibited; deviation from rules.

Rule 202. (1) A minor shall not be employed in any of the occupations declared to be hazardous by this part. (2) Deviations from these rules may be granted by the director of the department or his or her designee when it is determined to be in the best interests of the minor and the community.
