R 431.3150 Arrearage of fees.

Rule 3150. Except by joint approval of the racing secretary and the stewards, a horse shall not be entered or raced if the owner is in arrears in stakes fees due. Editor's note: R 431.1001 to R 431.4290 were originally filed on June 20, 1985. The rules were withdrawn and refiled on June 26, 1985.
