R 432.1231 Restrictions on casino licensee interest in supplier licensee.

Rule 231. A person applying for or holding a casino license shall not own an interest
of more than 10% in a supplier licensed under the act or these rules.
This rule does not prohibit a person who has applied for or holds a casino license
from entering into an agreement for the management of its gambling operations or casino
operations with a key person of the applicant or licensee.
