R 432.1320 Restriction, revocation, or suspension of casino license.

Rule 320. A casino license may be revoked, restricted, or suspended by the board if
the board initiates disciplinary action against the licensee under part 11 of these rules and
determines that the licensee is in violation of the act or these rules or that the action is in
the best interests of the state and reasonably necessary and appropriate to protect and
enhance the credibility and integrity of casino gambling operations in this state.
