Rule 327. (1) After the background investigation is completed, the executive director
shall provide the board with a written report concerning the investigation. After receiving
the executive director's report, the board shall take action on the application.
(2) If the board grants the application, the board shall issue an order and the executive
director shall issue a supplier license on the payment of the annual licensing fee. If the
applicant's annual licensing fee is not received by the board within 14 days after the date
of the mailing of the order, the executive director shall issue the applicant a notice of denial.
(3) If the board denies the application, the board shall issue an order. When the board
denies an application for a supplier license, the temporary supplier license expires and the
applicant is prohibited from conducting business transactions with, and providing goods or
services to, casino licensees, casino license applicants, and holders of certificates of
suitability.
(4) An order denying an application for a license is a finding that the applicant is
ineligible, unqualified, or unsuitable to be licensed.
