R 432.205 Changes to qualification or application information.

Rule 205. (1) A qualified organization shall immediately report to the executive director in writing any change to the organization's qualification documentation. (2) A qualified organization shall immediately submit a copy of the appropriate amended document to the executive director if there is a change in any of the following: (a) Constitution. (b) Bylaws. (c) Articles of incorporation. (d) Other qualification documents previously submitted to the executive director. (e) Internal revenue service tax-exempt status. (3) Changes to the information provided on or attached to the millionaire party license application must be immediately reported to the executive director in writing.
