R 432.737 Self-monitoring of internet sports betting platform critical components.

Rule 737. An internet sports betting platform must, at least once every 24 hours,
perform a self-authentication process on all software used to offer, record, and process
internet sports betting wagers under this act that is identified by the board as a critical
component of the sports betting platform, to ensure there have been no unauthorized
modifications. If there is an authentication failure, the internet sports betting platform
must immediately notify the sports betting operator, internet sports betting platform
provider, and the board within 24 hours. The results of all self-authentication attempts
must be retained by the internet sports betting platform for not less than 90 days.
