R 432.755c Transfer of funds prohibited.

Rule 755c. A sports betting operator or internet sports betting platform provider must
not permit an authorized participant to transfer funds from one authorized participant’s
internet sports betting account to another authorized participant’s internet sports betting
account or any other wagering account belonging to another authorized participant.
