R 560.409 Prohibited water sources for new dwellings.

Rule 409. The owner or designated representative shall not obtain water for drinking or
household purposes that is intended to furnish new dwellings located on a development
site that is less than 1 acre in size or a subdivision from any of the following:
(a) A dug well.
(b) A crock well.
(c) A hauled water system.
(d) A cistern.
(e) A surface body of water.
(f) A spring.
(g) Any other similar device.
