Rule 215. Debarment is for a period of time commensurate with the acts or omissions of the person to be debarred. In general, a person may not be debarred for more than 3 years. However, if the offense is egregious, a longer period of debarment may be imposed. If a person is suspended pursuant to these rules before debarment, the period of debarment must be reduced by the period of time that the person has been suspended.
