Rule 27. (1) A person that is aggrieved by an action under these rules, or who wishes to appeal another action with respect to certification, shall have an opportunity for a hearing before the department. (2) A hearing conducted under this rule must be conducted in accordance with R 299.2971 to R 299.2974.
