R 299.2939 Approval of plans and specifications; permits.

Rule 39. (1) On the determination by the department that the plans and specifications for a sewerage system or portion thereof are complete and satisfactory, the director shall approve them and issue a permit for construction. (2) A permit issued pursuant to the act and these rules expires unless construction commences within 2 years after the date of issuance. An owner of a wastewater facility may apply for reissuance of a permit in accordance with R 299.2933.
