R 299.4508 Inspection requirements.

Rule 508. The solid waste control agency shall make not less than quarterly inspections
of the facility to insure continued compliance by the licensee. Following each inspection,
the solid waste control agency shall submit to the licensee a written report containing any
deficiencies and requirements for their correction. This rule does not preclude or exempt
the issuance of a citation or notice of violation by a law enforcement officer or the director.
