R 299.9313 Land disposal restrictions.

Rule 313. (1) Generators of hazardous waste shall comply with the applicable requirements and restrictions of 40 CFR part 268. (2) 40 CFR part 268 is adopted by reference in R 299.11003. For the purposes of adoption, the term “director" replaces the terms "administrator" and "assistant administrator," the term "R 299.9305, R 299.9306, and R 299.9307" replaces the term "§§262.15, 262.16, and 262.17," the term "part 6 of these rules" replaces the term "parts 264 and 265 of this chapter," and the term "part 2 of these rules" replaces the term "subparts C and D of part 261 of this chapter," except in 40 CFR 268.5, 268.6, 268.40(b), 268.42(b), and 268.44(a) to (g) and (i) to (o).
