Rule 702. (1) The owner or operator shall comply with the requirements of 40 CFR 264.142 and 264.144 regarding written cost estimates for closure and postclosure care. (2) The provisions of 40 CFR 264.142 and 264.144 are adopted by reference in R 299.11003.
