R 299.9811 Used oil collection centers and aggregation points; requirements.

Rule 811. (1) The requirements of this rule apply to an owner or operator of a used oil collection center or aggregation point. (2) An owner or operator of a do-it-yourselfer used oil collection center, used oil collection center, or used oil aggregation point shall comply with both of the following requirements: (a) The provisions of R 299.9810. (b) Provide written notification of used oil management activities to the department.
