R 168.306 Candidate committee statement of organization; who shall sign.

Rule 6. (1) The candidate and the treasurer shall sign the candidate committee’s statement of organization. (2) The record keeper shall sign the candidate committee’s statement of organization if the candidate committee is using a record keeper.
