Rule 72. Inland lakes shall not receive a heat load which would: (a) Increase the temperature of the thermocline or hypolimnion or decrease the volume thereof. (b) Increase the temperature of the receiving waters at the edge of the mixing zone more than 3 degrees Fahrenheit above the existing natural water temperature.
