R 323.2108 Permits; application and filing procedures.

Rule 2108. (1) An application for a permit shall be completed in accordance with and subject to guidelines in 40 C.F.R. §122.21 (2005). (2) A person discharging waste or wastewater from more than 1 location shall file a separate application for each discharge location. A single application may be filed for multiple outfalls discharging from a single location, except that the discharge from each outfall shall be described separately in the application.
