R 168.316 Automatic dissolution of candidate committees.

Rule 16. (1) A filing official may automatically dissolve a candidate committee with a reporting waiver when an officeholder vacates office or when a candidate is defeated in the election if the candidate committee meets all of the eligibility criteria for dissolution as stated in R 168.313. (2) A committee that qualifies for automatic dissolution is not dissolved if the candidate notifies the filing official in writing that it intends to keep the committee active.
