R 168.369 Transfer of funds; prohibited.

Rule 19. (1) Because a federal candidate committee is not considered a candidate committee under the act, unexpended funds must not be transferred from a state or local candidate committee to a federal candidate committee of the same candidate. (2) As provided in section 71 of the act, MCL 169.271, a state or local candidate committee shall not transfer funds from a state or local candidate committee to a state or local candidate committee if the candidates are different candidates. 8
