R 324.8803 Nonpoint source pollution prevention and control grants.

Rule 3. The director may award grants and enter into project contracts for either or both of the following purposes: (a) To implement the physical improvement portion of an approved watershed management plan. (b) To reduce nonpoint source pollution from sources as identified by the department.
