11 Rule 25. (1) A for-profit corporation or joint stock company may solicit the employees of its subsidiaries who have policy making, managerial, professional, supervisory, or administrative nonclerical responsibilities and those employees’ spouses. (2) A labor organization whose membership consists of other labor organizations may solicit those individuals who are members of its member labor organizations and those members’ spouses. A labor organization whose membership consists of other labor organizations may solicit the employees of the member labor organizations who have policy making, managerial, professional, supervisory, or administrative nonclerical responsibilities and those employees’ spouses.
