R 325.10735 Vigilance of threats or hazards; notification to department.

Rule 735. (1) A public water supply shall maintain continued vigilance of activities posing threats or hazards of undue contamination to the source of water. (2) In the event of a threat of contamination of a public water supply source, the public water supply shall immediately notify the department.
