R 325.11014 Pumping facility; protection from flooding.

Rule 1014. (1) A pumping facility shall be protected from the highest recorded flood elevation or the 100-year flood elevation, whichever is greater. (2) Components of a pumping facility essential for protection of public health and required for pumping water on a continuous basis shall be protected from flooding.
