R 325.1625 Wells; areas subject to flooding.

Rule 125. (1) A well shall not be located in an area that is subject to flooding unless the well is protected as prescribed, in writing, by the health officer. (2) A well owner shall grade the ground surface that is immediately adjacent to the well casing so surface water is diverted away from the well.
