Rule 103. The following standards are incorporated by reference in these rules:
(a) The national fire protection association standard, NFPA No.32 entitled, "Drycleaning
Plants 2000." The standard is available for inspection at the Lansing office of the
Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, Constitution Hall, 525 West
Allegan Street, P.O. Box 30260, Lansing, Michigan 48909-7760, and may be purchased at
a cost of $22.25, as of the time these rules were promulgated, from the National Fire
Protection Association, 1 Battery March Park, P.O. Box 9101, Quincy, Massachusetts
02269-9101.
(b) "National Perchloroethylene Air Emission Standards for Dry Cleaning Facilities," 40
C.F.R., part 63, subpart M (2002). A copy of these regulations may be inspected at the
Lansing office of the air quality division of the department of environmental quality.
Copies of 40 C.F.R., part 63, may be obtained from the Department of Environmental
Quality, Air Quality Division, 525 West Allegan Street, P.O. Box 30260, Lansing,
Michigan 48909-7760, at a cost as of the time of adoption of these rules of $56.00; from
