R 325.17504 Building requirements generally.

Rule 504. (1) Buildings in which type I, II, III, and IV dry cleaning systems are installed shall be structures with concrete floors in good condition. (2) A dry cleaning establishment shall not be located in a basement or other location which is difficult to ventilate. An exception may be granted when, due to special construction, location, or use, the installation will not create a potential hazard to the occupants or the public, as determined by the department.
