R 325.1776 Denial of applications.

Rule 276. An application for initial or renewal registration may be denied for any of the following reasons: (a) Failure to accompany the application with the prescribed fee. (b) Failure of the applicant to meet the experience and education qualifications of registration. (c) Other good and sufficient cause after due notice and proper hearing.
