R 333.5445 General provisions.

Rule 445. (1) R 333.5445 to R 333.5452 establish radiation safety requirements for the use of particle accelerators. These requirements are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of these rules. (2) A registrant shall be responsible for assuring that all requirements of this part are met.
