R 336.2804 Ambient air ceilings.

Rule 1804. The concentration of a pollutant shall not exceed either of the following: (a) The concentration permitted under the national secondary ambient air quality standard. (b) The concentration permitted under the national primary ambient air quality standard, whichever concentration is lowest for the pollutant for a period of exposure.
