Local ordinance more restrictive than act; requirements as additional to other state and federal law.

Sec. 21. A local unit may adopt an ordinance governing large carnivores that is more restrictive than this act. The requirements of this act are in addition to any other requirements governing a large carnivore under state and federal law. History: 2000, Act 274, Imd. Eff. July 7, 2000
