Falsification of affidavits, records, receipts, or information.

Sec. 10. A person who falsifies any affidavit, record, receipt, voucher or any information required to be maintained by this act is guilty of a misdemeanor. History: 1972, Act 291, Imd. Eff. Oct. 30, 1972
