Sale or distribution of turtle eggs or live turtles; health advisory sheet required.

Sec. 2. A person shall not sell or distribute in the state viable turtle eggs or live turtles with a carapace length of less than 4 inches unless he or she provides the purchaser with the health advisory sheet described in section 3. History: 1988, Act 424, Eff. Mar. 30, 1989
