Michigan Amber alert plan; establishment; design.

Sec. 2. The department of state police shall establish and maintain the Michigan Amber alert plan. The Michigan Amber alert plan shall be designed to rapidly disseminate useful information in a predetermined manner to radio and television stations within this state. History: 2002, Act 712, Imd.
