Definitions.

Sec. 2. As used in this act: "Applicant" means an individual and the spouse of that individual if that spouse intends to occupy the property with the individual. "Local governmental unit" means a county, city, village, or township. "Program" means the urban homesteading program for vacant land described in this act. "Vacant property" means surplus vacant residential property owned by the local governmental unit. History: 1999, Act 129, Imd. Eff. July 23, 1999
