Approval of smoke detection systems and installation; penalty.

Sec. 3. The construction code commission of the department of labor shall approve the smoke detection systems and the installation of the above items. A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor. History: 1974, Act 133, Eff. Dec. 5, 1974
