Short title; meaning of words and phrases.

Sec. 1. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "land reclamation and improvement authority act". For the purposes of this act, the words and phrases defined in sections 2 and 3 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. History: 1992, Act 173, Imd. Eff. July 21, 1992
