“Charter county” defined.

Sec. 200a. As used in this chapter, "charter county" means a home rule county created under Act No. 293 of the Public Acts of 1966, being sections 45.501 to 45.525 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. History: Add. 1995, Act 290, Eff. Mar. 28, 1996
