Local permits; compliance with other laws.

Sec. 7. Nothing in this act shall relieve any person from responsibility for securing any local permits or complying with all applicable state or local codes, regulations, or ordinances not in conflict with this act. History: 1972, Act 311, Eff. July 1, 1973
