Low and moderate income housing; agreements for services of selection of eligible families and individuals.

Sec. 54. The authority may enter into agreements, or authorize housing owners or sponsors to enter into agreements, with public or private agencies for services required in the selection of families and individuals who qualify under this chapter. History: 1966, Act 346, Eff. Mar. 10, 1967
