Purchase of service credit; 2 years service credit required.

Sec. 60. Notwithstanding any provision of this act to the contrary, on and after July 1, 2008, a member shall not purchase service credit under this act unless the member has been granted at least 2 years of service credit under section 68. History: Add. 2007, Act 111, Imd. Eff. Oct. 1, 2007
