Noncontributory plan; applicability; duty of reporting unit.

Sec. 63. The noncontributory plan shall apply to each public school employee who is included in the membership of the retirement system. Each reporting unit shall remit the contributions as provided in section 42. History: 1980, Act 300, Imd. Eff. Oct. 31, 1980
