Exhaustion of administrative remedies; unavailable as defense.

Sec. 24. It is not be a defense to any civil action by a construction mechanic under this act that the construction mechanic has failed to exhaust any administrative remedies before the commissioner. History: 2023, Act 10, Eff. Feb. 13, 2024
