Evidence and investigation of criminal violation.

Sec. 37. The department shall turn over evidence of a criminal violation of this act to the department attorney and shall assist in the investigation of a criminal violation. History: 1974, Act 154, Eff. Jan. 1, 1975; Am. 1977, Act 300, Eff. Mar. 30, 1978
