Operation of massage establishment; violation.

Sec. 14. An employer operating a massage establishment as defined in section 2 of former 1974 PA 251 that violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both. History: 2018, Act 337, Eff. Mar. 29, 2019
