Liberal construction of act.

Sec. 17. This act, being necessary for and to secure the public health, safety, convenience and welfare of the municipalities of the state of Michigan, shall be liberally construed to effect the public purposes hereof. History: Add. 1966, Act 340, Imd. Eff. Sept. 21, 1966
