Imposition of sanctions; basis; approval.

Sec. 25. The chief executive officer of the municipality may impose sanctions upon the corporation based on periodic performance reviews as prescribed by an ordinance of the municipality and with the approval of the governing body of the municipality. History: 1995, Act 75, Imd. Eff. June 13, 1995
