Filing surrendered certificate of title; maintaining file for period of 10 years.

Sec. 30f. The department shall retain and appropriately file every surrendered certificate of title. The file shall be maintained so as to permit the tracing of title of the mobile home designated in a surrendered certificate for a period of 10 years. History: 1987, Act 96, Imd. Eff. July 6, 1987
